With Revolving Reflections, clients work closely with a Certified Coach to examine and reframe their recurring thoughts and beliefs around self-worth. Each session is a dedicated time for deep reflection, where we identify core patterns that may be holding clients back—such as negative self-talk or feelings of inadequacy. Through structured exercises, clients learn practical tools and strategies, like mindful self-assessment, which helps shift their internal dialogue.

In this four-part, age-specific workshop, participants are introduced to a roadmap for their unique self-love journey.
